A new call centre opening in Thunder Bay could create up to 400 local jobs, the company‘s CEO says. On-Line Support (OLS) will open its inbound call centre in the former StarTek location in Victoriaville Centre this summer, president and CEO Ross Beattie said during a news conference at city hall Tuesday afternoon.
